Hydrako is the sixth of the thirteen Demon Lords.
She is one of the main antagonists of the Black Parade Arc, alongisde the The Thirteen Demon Lords as a whole.
Appearance[]
Hydrako has a haunting and eccentric appearance that blends gothic elegance with unsettling surrealism. Her most striking feature is the green gas mask that completely obscures her face, giving her a cold, unreadable expression.
Flowing from under the gas mask is a cascade of long, blonde hair, meticulously styled and voluminous. The soft golden locks create a bizarre harmony with the grotesque mask, enhancing her otherworldly presence. Pointed elf-like ears stick out, further emphasizing her inhuman or supernatural qualities.
Hydrako's outfit is extravagant, heavily inspired by Victorian gothic fashion. She wears a white blouse with dramatic puffed sleeves, tightly cinched at the waist by a rigid corset. Her gloves are long and black, reaching up her arms and adding to the visual contrast.
The most visually arresting part of her outfit is the cage-like hoop skirt. This massive skirt is constructed from black bars that encircle her lower body, resembling a fusion between a traditional crinoline and a spiked trap. Between the bars are white panels, and some of the bars themselves are tipped with metallic spikes, giving the skirt a dangerous, armored feel.

Hydrako is obsessed with Asuta Roth, seeing everyone who Roth is interested in as an enemy. Her obsession goes as far as that she calls Roth her reason for being alive. All of her doings are for Roth.
